Legend
says that its not that easy to just plan to visit this temple on a fly
as it needs great devotion and dedication from his devotees . Today we
felt its no more a Legend . Could be circumstances..can be easily blamed
on time..but below occurrences makes me think twice..
Ok
been to bed late last night after a small celebration of new year on my
home..yaa..yaa u heard me right on my home :-) A first alcohol free
new year...Yaa yaa i know what u think..yes but try it..u start to like
it spending time with ur family
1) Due to late sleep..woke
up at 8:30am. Yup i had plan to visit temples early on morning at 5am
as today being very auspicious day of sani pradosam..but i never heared
my alarm ringing though i kept alarm on multiple mobiles...was in sound
sleep so had the snooze as easy option.
2) Ok so its
already late and well in morning.called up couple of friends to wish
them up and three of my friends quickly planned to visit this Sri
Viswaroopa Panchamukha Anjaneya Swami , Tiruvallur20 KM Approx from my
place.
3) My mom resisted me or my friends not to leave
anywhere duing 9:00am-10:30am due to some panchanga ( raghu kalam )
something like that..ya yaa i dont believe it but just that her first
request in new year..ok been fulfilled.First delay starts
4)
No breakfast...Me along with my 3 close mates Started to this temple on
two bikes with my bird flying as a thunder.Ride was excellent , climate
was ok , breeze was touchy.
5) Just 5 km before
tiruvallur temple , my Thunderbird just sopped without any warning. No
clue whats so ever gone wrong. Very fortunate or lucky that we could
find a bike mechanic just 300 meters away. He tried all his hands but
unlucky that my cruiser is ill sick. He later noticed that the Main ower
circuit coil wires got melted due to short circuit and thats it root
cause identified. But the mechanic was not packed with the tools needy
to fix my bullet..so suggested me to visit another doctor..yaa ya Bullet doctor who is 4 kms away.Second major delay starts and my first 100 Rupees gone to a mech. tats ok :-)
7) From then on , we finally reached to
bullet doctor , and the clock was ticking. After a hard spent 2 hour
that too near a wine shop..yaa yaa that service centre was just next to a
wine shop and was tempting , my bike was back operational replacing the
coil and the doctor proved to be worth. That replacement coil is very
hard to find as its only available within city limits , lucky that the mechanic had a spare and we replaced. Paying a consulting fee of 100
and medicine charges 200 of total 300 Rupees we left that place. So its
almost 1 am and are way to late..
8) Then comes my
fuel indicator alarming on the way. There starts search for a petrol
bunk and another delay starts...finally got it filled and my broken bird
starts to fly.
9) Felt everything was stable we drove the
vehicle straight tio the temple. Know what. we got lost . We took a
wrong turn somewhere and it took us totally to a bully village. the
village looked like a horror film shooting set , dense , terrifying
,isolated, silent place...we noticed a old man standing near a tree.
just asked him the route to this place and he was kind enough to tell
the route..though i left that place i still doubt if that white dressed
old man was ever living in this world , i never saw his legs touching
the earth :-) ..Who knows.puzzled and trilled ..we left the place
soon....
10) Finally neared temple just 400 metres
behind , we ran vehicle into a sand filled road and my vehicle almost
lost its balance. But lucky that i got it to control or else we could
have easily had a great stunt show there...hmm...yaa yaa.i
know..yevalavu.. mudiyala.. ok jouney continuous...
11)
Just 100 metres to temple near parking lot, we noticed the road covered
with stagnant water..thinking it could be just running above the surface
,we ran our vehicle staaight into it only realizing that it was so deep
that half my vehicle , my leg got into the water
.....grrrrrrrrrr...yenna oru satya sodanai...
Finally..Finally...We
reached to temple premisses...we were already ran out of energy and
weak, just washed our face on a water tap outside temple , bit relieved
marched straight inside temple without any delay as we never knew whats
gonna happen next...
Yes i am now in-front a Huge 40
feet statue of Great panchamugha anjaneeya..Wow..wow..the site was
mesmerizing..I felt all my pains vanished in fraction of seconds..my ooh
my. it was a sight to risk for.. We all felt so blessed , releived ,
feel'a'fresh...with all happy smiles in our faces we came out of that
marvelous temple .
This new year leaves a mark , a
journey worth remembering........ I urge everyone visit this plae
atleast once in life time..even if u are a believer or non-b. doest
matter..there is definitly a aura surrounding this place...and am sure u
all will feel that same energy passin through u.. so if u decide it..
plan it..not like us though lol :-)
The lesson learnt..
Yevalavo Pannitom , idha Panna mattoma... :-)
